Installation matters
The mold used in the tile press equipment requires an upper mold and six lower molds of the same size. The upper mold and the lower mold are installed first. The lower mold is directly mounted on the hexagonal wheel worktable. The upper mold is installed on the bottom surface of the slide, and place the appropriate thickness of the plate, ensure that after the upper and lower molds are closed, the gap around the four even, the distance between the upper and lower mold is equal to the thickness of the required blank.
